Position Overview
We are seeking service-driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Virtual Customer Care Travel Advisor. In this role, you will assist clients with travel planning, booking coordination, reservation updates, and customer support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating professionally, and working independently. No prior travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training and certification are provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with vacation planning, reservations, and trip logistics
Provide travel guidance, recommendations, and booking support
Manage confirmations, changes, and service-related inquiries
Maintain accurate client records
Communicate via phone, email, and online platforms
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Strong customer service and communication skills
Passion for travel and helping others
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Must be at least 18 years of age
