Futura Marketing is hiring a remote Customer Support Assistant in Hilo. This is a part-time position with weekday day shifts. No prior experience required — full training provided. Pay: $24–$30/hour.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Update order and shipping records
- Help resolve delivery-related issues
- Follow service workflows and scripts
- Log support activity accurately
- Escalate complex requests when needed
- No support experience required
- Strong written communication
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Fluent in English
- Must reside in Hawaii
- $24–$30/hour, paid weekly
