The Role
This is an exciting time to be joining our customer service team which we call the Soho Support Team (SST), with new house openings across The Americas. As such, the Coordinator will report into the Soho Support Manager for Membership, and will be responsible for delivering a first‑class service to our members throughout The Americas, whilst adhering to departmental SLA’s. This role has great growth potential for the right candidate and would suit someone passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
MainDuties
- Be an enthusiastic first point of contact for Soho House member queries via telephone and email, responding in a timely manner and adhering to departmental SLA’s.
- Offer a proactive service to our diverse membership through telephone and email, including membership administration and club/restaurant enquiries.
- Use Salesforce and Open Table databases to create, look up and update records for current and potential members.
- Set up new member and member renewal payments via credit card, Direct Debit, and bank transfer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company/legal guidelines.
- Assist the team in the general administration of our North and LATAM American houses (and future house openings).
- Amend, pause, transfer and upgrade memberships, ensuring compliance with the relevant Terms & Conditions.
- Support other departments with information requests.
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects assigned by the Head of Support / Soho Support Manager.
- At least one year of customer‑facing experience, preferably in a membership environment.
- Experience working to personal and departmental targets, SLA and KPIs.
- An enthusiasm for providing first‑class customer service.
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM systems and Open Table.
- Friendly but professional communication style in fluent English.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for customer service and commitment to elevating the customer experience through knowledge, empathy and attention to detail.
- Professional telephone manner and strong written correspondence skills.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office packages, with high accuracy in data entry.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, willing to learn and progress.
- Must be based out of or near Miami, FL.
