Job Functions:

• Meet virtually with clients

• Recommend benefit options based on needs

• Maintain compliance and follow-up documentation

• Attend training, mentorship, and team calls

Compensation:

• $90,000–$120,000/year potential

• Weekly commission payouts

• Full training and leadership tracks
