Arizona Tuition Connection empowers parents by providing them with education and tools to successfully use tax credits to fund their children’s private school education. Our mission is to support families through the efficient management of tax credits, enabling them to choose the best educational path for their children.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Scottsdale, AZ. The CSR will be responsible for providing telephone, email and chat support to parents and donors. Beyond phones we are looking to find a person who has demonstratable skills and can move our customer service department beyond answering phones to a customer retention department where we develop new ways to grow and interact with the people we engage with.
Skillsyou must be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to communicate in a friendly, concise manner, but verbally and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office product line.
- Multi-tasking is not required, the ability to focus is the skill we look for.
- Must have quick thinker who can work off script, to answer questions in a conversational manner. We will do a lot of role playing in the interview and training process.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and flexibly to change if those decisions need adjustments.
- Desire for long term growth both personally and professionally.
- Receptionist.
- We will be looking for someone who can interact and convey ideas, moving the business forward with our client base. - Sales - Although we are always educating our parents and donors, this is in no way a commissioned sales position. Nor is it a lead generation position where you will be making outbound sales calls.
