What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Onboard new customers from contract signing to live team training
  • Check in with current customers to address technical questions and share best practices
  • Assist in hiring and training the customer success team
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to drive customer success initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of customer support processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer success, onboarding, or technical support role
  • Strong passion for customer interaction on a daily basis
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and experimental environments
  • Desire to build and lead a customer success team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Familiarity with software onboarding processes
  • Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
