We’re seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Advisors. This fully remote opportunity allows you to support clients by planning and coordinating travel arrangements while working from anywhere. You’ll assist with booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and related travel services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, communication, and helping others plan memorable travel experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel services
Research travel options and secure reservations that align with client needs and preferences
Issue airline tickets, vouchers, and required travel documentation
Provide clients with destination information, travel guidance, and support before and during their trips
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving travel-related issues
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications
Stay current with industry updates, supplier offerings, and travel requirements
Communicate clearly with clients and vendors to ensure high levels of satisfaction and follow-up
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working with booking systems, online tools, and software platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Knowledge of travel industry practices and regulations is helpful but not required
