Client Success Agent

• Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address inquiries
• Resolve client concerns and complex scenarios with empathy and confidence
• Document client interactions accurately and clearly
• Present settlement proposals to clients and guide them through next steps
• Assist clients facing legal actions from creditors, providing necessary guidance

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or relationship-based support
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism

• Experience in a financial or banking organization
• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate stressful situations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with client service processes and relationship management
