Position OverviewWe are currently seeking service-driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Care Travel Specialists.
In this fully remote role, you will support clients with planning, booking, and managing travel while delivering exceptional customer care throughout the entire travel journey. From initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, your focus will be creating smooth, stress-free experiences that build long-term client relationships.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.
ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with booking flights, hotels, vacation packages, and tours
Provide professional responses to client inquiries via phone and email
Manage confirmations, itinerary updates, changes, and cancellations
Offer destination recommendations and travel guidance
Ensure accurate processing of travel documents and invoices
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay updated on travel policies, promotions, and supplier offerings
Maintain organized client records and booking details
Strong customer service and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a digital environment
Comfortable using online booking platforms and computer systems
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Must be 18+ years old
Must reside in an eligible hiring region
