Anomaly Squared is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Outbound Insurance team in working from home.
As a Pre-Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in engaging potential clients and addressing their inquiries. Your contributions will help us enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $7.25 to $10.50, along with a supportive team culture and opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients via phone to provide information about our services
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their needs
- Support the sales team by transferring pre-qualified leads
- Must reside in one of the following US states: NC, KS, SC, GA, TX, OK
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude
