Position: Switchboard Operator | Onsite work only (No remote)
Location: New York

Magellan Solutions USA, a proud veteran-owned Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking reliable and service-driven Customer Service Representatives to support a critical Federal client at a premier medical facility in the Bronx, NY.

This is a full-time, essential onsite position supporting a 24/7 operation. Remote work is not available.

📞 What You Will Be Doing
  • Serve as the first point of contact, professionally handling a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Accurately route calls to the appropriate departments while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Follow established federal and facility protocols to ensure compliance, security, and reliability.
  • Deliver consistently respectful, empathetic service to Veterans, medical staff, and facility partners.
Primary

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (Evening)

Flexibility

Required:
  • Day: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Evening: 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
  • Overnight: 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Experience:

    Customer service or call center experience strongly preferred, especially in high-volume environments.
  • Communication:
    Clear, professional verbal communication and strong phone presence.
  • Reliability:
    Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to remain composed under pressure.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clearance:
    Ability to pass a comprehensive Federal background check is required.
  • Military Affiliation:
    Prior military service or experience supporting military or veteran communities is a strong plus.
