Role Requirements- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budgets
- Research and design customized vacation packages
- Provide expert recommendations and destination insights
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Build long-term client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay current on travel trends, promotions, and supplier partnerships
- Maintain organized client records and booking details
