SummaryConnect Search is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Waukesha County. This position offers a hybrid work from home schedule of 2 days per week.
Responsibilities- Manage orders from placement to delivery.
- Receive, process, and track customer orders.
- Create open order reports, order revisions, artwork approvals, and shipping requests.
- Work with sales and operations teams to understand customer provided forecasts and how to better meet these demands.
- Escalate concerns until final resolution is provided to customer.
- Recommend new or complementary products to meet customer needs.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
