Customer Service Representative; Dental & Vision Remote in Utah

• Communicate with policyholders, providers, and plan participants via phone or written correspondence to answer questions and resolve issues
• Document customer inquiries and related data electronically
• Assist service team(s) with back-office support functions
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies by protecting the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders
• Achieve established service standards and metrics to support department goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related experience in contact centers, customer service, dental offices, and/or insurance
• Ability to work overtime as needed to support business operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer systems and keyboarding skills

• Experience in a contact center or customer service role within the insurance or dental industry
