• Communicate by phone or written correspondence with policyholders, providers, and plan participants to address inquiries and process transactions
• Document customer inquiries and related data electronically
• Assist service teams with back office support functions
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies by protecting the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders
• Achieve established service standards and metrics to support department goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance preferred
• Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills

• Experience in a contact center or customer service environment
• Familiarity with dental or insurance services
• Demonstrated initiative in assessing situations and resolving issues
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
