Customer Service Rep – Tax; Seasonal, Bilingual: English​/Spanish – Remote

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability for work shifts
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and strong computer navigation skills

• Experience with remote work and familiarity with home office setups
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions
• Previous experience in a seasonal or temporary customer service role
