Position Overview
We're looking for motivated, service-driven individuals to join our growing team as a Travel Assistance Specialist. In this fully remote opportunity, you'll help clients plan everything from dream vacations and destination weddings to corporate travel and group trips.

Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations, cruises, business travel, weddings, and group trips
- Consult with travelers to understand their preferences, budget, and schedule
- Research destinations, resorts, flights, tours, and curated travel packages
- Book and manage reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, excursions, and special events
- Provide ongoing support, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Maintain accurate booking records and client communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service from inquiry to return travel
