• Communicate with policyholders, providers, and plan participants via phone and written correspondence to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Document customer inquiries and relevant data electronically to maintain accurate records
• Assist service teams with back office support functions as needed
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies by protecting the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders
• Achieve established service standards and metrics to support departmental goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related experience in a contact center, customer service, dental office, or insurance setting
• Ability to work overtime as required to meet business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficient in using computer systems and keyboarding skills

• Experience in a customer service role within the insurance or financial services industry
