Nurses on Call Inc is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our team in Pensacola. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the healthcare industry.
As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the support and assistance they need. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and concerns, contributing to the overall patient experience and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Communication- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and/or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle complaints professionally and elevate complex issues when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot product or service problems step-by-step.
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims.
- De-escalate tense situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
- Update customer records in CRM systems accurately.
- Track shipments, deliveries, and service timelines.
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions.
- Maintain customer databases and interaction logs.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service metrics.
- Assist other departments with customer-related tasks.
- Meet performance goals including response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality, or office environment preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
