• Provide inbound customer support in both Spanish and English using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability to work various shifts
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home

• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC systems
• Experience with customer service in a remote environment
