• Provide inbound customer support in the customer's preferred language using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• Experience with diverse customer service environments
• Familiarity with technology and eagerness to learn new software
• Strong problem-solving skills
