• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in both Spanish and English
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability for work shifts
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment

• Experience in a remote work environment
• Familiarity with fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Proficiency in using desktop or laptop computers, specifically with Windows 10 or higher
