Communicate with customers in a proactive and manner. Assist Broward County Transit TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner. Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations. De-escalating customers who are upset with their and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
