Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email;
Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status;
Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs;
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction;
