Kundendienstmitarbeiter​/Customer Service Specialist - German & English Speaking; m​/w​/d

We are currently looking for a Kundendienstmitarbeiter / Customer Service Specialist for our Cologne office (ideally with a background in customer support / Kundenservice – for example as a Kundendienstmitarbeiter, Vertriebsinnendienst, Customer Service Agent or similar). • C2 level fluency in DE and EN (written and spoken is essential)
• Experience of working in a customer service / Kundenservice (phone, chat or email) role with proven ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency (for example as a Kundendienstmitarbeiter, Vertriebsinnendienst, Customer Service Agent, Call Centre Agent or similar).
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems during customer interactions (i.e. Microsoft Office, CRM systems and ticketing tools e.g. Salesforce, Genesys, Service Cloud).
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and stay professional under pressure.
• Proactive in diagnosing issues, managing expectations and staying calm during escalations

• First point of contact for buyers and sellers on our automotive marketplace handling everything from general enquiries and vehicle logistics to finance queries and claims.
• Build strong customer relationships by being their trusted go-to for day-to-day support and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience throughout the vehicle buying and selling process.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, from listings and sales queries to disputes and claims. You will manage escalations and work closely with our logistics, finance, sales, buyer and operations teams to ensure every case is handled smoothly.
