Remote Planning Consultant

Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Remote Travel Planning Consultants to assist clients with designing and coordinating memorable travel experiences. In this role, you'll support travelers with planning and booking a wide range of trips, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, theme park vacations, group travel, and international itineraries. • Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, timelines, and budgets
• Research destinations, accommodations, flights, activities, and travel packages
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on resorts, cruises, excursions, and travel protection options
• Coordinate and confirm reservations for flights, lodging, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages
• Prepare detailed itineraries and manage booking documentation and updates
• Stay informed on supplier offerings, promotions, and destination updates through ongoing training
• Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain accurate client records, notes, and booking details

• Interest in travel and helping clients plan successful trips
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools (training provided)
• Self-directed, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
