Field Support Coordinator; Mid-Atlantic Region

We are seeking a Field Support Coordinator for a remote position based in Ocean City, MD. This is a full-time position responsible for supporting participants, host families, and field representatives in the region. Key responsibilities include case management, conducting regular communication with stakeholders, and addressing customer service inquiries. The coordinator will assist with ensuring compliance with program guidelines while fostering positive relationships between participants and host families.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to effectively collaborate with participants and host families.
• Experience in Case Management and an understanding of program guidelines to support compliance and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Technical Support to address and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently, with organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the J1 Bridge
  
  USA program or cultural exchange is a plus.
