We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a remote position, open to US-based candidates only. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, and assisting customers with their inquiries and orders. This is a full-time or part-time contract position with the potential for growth within the company.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide product recommendations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and overall customer experience
• Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
