Role Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our team as Destination Experience Specialists. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with travel research, coordinate bookings, and help create memorable travel experiences tailored to their preferences and budgets.

This position blends customer service, itinerary coordination, and administrative accuracy in a structured remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required comprehensive training is provided.

• Assist clients with customized destination planning and destination research
• Coordinate and confirm bookings for flights, accommodations, cruises, and related services
• Provide accurate destination information and thoughtful recommendations
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
• Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related requests promptly
• Maintain detailed and organized client records
