Honeymoon Coordinator

We are seeking a Remote Honeymoon Coordinator to help couples plan unforgettable, well-organized getaways. In this fully remote role, you will manage reservations, coordinate schedules, and handle all details to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about creating memorable travel experiences.

• Communicate with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and priorities
• Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and options
• Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning details
• Provide timely updates and answer client questions
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and clear communication throughout the process

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service, planning, hospitality, or support experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain and LATAM
