We’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Account Services Representative to support IRA Smart customers with account questions, transaction requests, and 401(k) inquiries.

Pay & SchedulePay: $21.45/hour
Hiring Bonus: $500 after 3 months of successful employment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm (occasional overtime)
What You Will Do- Answer inbound calls and assist customers in both English and Spanish
- Provide complete account servicing for IRA Smart customers through the inbound channel
- Access and interpret information from multiple systems
- Talk with clients about the long-term impact of cashing out retirement accounts
- Serve as a liaison between clients and financial institutions for rollovers under $10K
- Respond to customer service emails

Position Requirements What We’re Looking For- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
- 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience; ability to handle a high volume of calls and varied customer needs
- Strong communication skills with a positive, professional tone
- Ability to explain account information, rollover processes, and required documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong focus on quality and customer experience
