Position: Remote Entry-Level Customer Support - No Experience Required
Work from home with Turbo Tax Product Expert

• Get paid $24 per hour

Compensation Breakdown:

• Earn Up to $24.00 Per Hour Based on total weekly compensation when working 45+ hours per week
• Base Pay
• $18.50 per hour Includes:
  • Guaranteed hourly pay
  • Includes $3.00 Network Fee component
  • Paid on every hour worked

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Turbo Tax customers by answering their questions concerning Turbo Tax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We ll give you amazing continuous support for everything.

• $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost:
  Enjoy the bonus from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available, must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify
• Certification takes place over 3 days
• Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
• Minimum 25 hours per week required, want to work more? Go for it!
• You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) who will support you during live calls. Plus Support an (MPS) Marketplace Performance Specialist as your advocate

• This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help Turbo Tax customers with their questions.
• Strong communication is key in assisting customers with Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
• The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
