Outbound Call Center Agent – Answer Net | El Paso, TX (Remote)

Answer Net is seeking energetic and reliable Outbound Call Center Agents to join its growing team. This is a full-time, remote role based in El Paso, TX, offering competitive pay ($14.50/hour) and opportunities for advancement.

Agents will make outbound calls using scripts, engage customers professionally, and maintain accurate records. The role is ideal for individuals motivated by performance and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.

  • Schedule: Shifts available Monday–Sunday; must be able to work a mix of morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts
  • Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM and 11:00 AM–7:30 PM

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of previous call center experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English as primary language

Technical Requirements:

  • PC/Laptop with Windows 10 or higher (Apple/Mac, Chromebooks, and tablets not compatible)
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable required)
  • USB-connected headset
  • Webcam
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
