Role Summary

The Client Support Representative provides comprehensive support to clients by assisting with travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all booking details are accurate and complete. This fully remote role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, efficient booking coordination, and strong administrative support. • Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized travel plans
• Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
• Provide accurate information and tailored recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
