Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
Lab Corp's Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) customer service focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. Responsibilities- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers.
- 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers.
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone.
- Maintain performance goals.
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program.
- Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication with Spanish‑speaking clients.

- Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.

- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi‑Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus.
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5pm (PST). 2nd shift differential applicable for candidates that reside in EST zone.
NOTE:
During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST.

Pay Rate$17.75 - $21.00

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
