Position Overview
We are currently expanding our remote team and seeking proactive, relationship-focused professionals to join us as Customer Relationship Specialists within our travel services division.
In this role, you will act as a trusted client partner — guiding individuals and families through planning, booking, and managing customized travel experiences. Your primary focus will be strengthening client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering consistent, high-quality service throughout the entire travel journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for clients travel needs
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Coordinate flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Manage booking confirmations, itinerary adjustments, and travel updates
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Maintain accurate client profiles and booking documentation
Stay informed on destination updates, travel trends, and supplier promotions
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple online systems
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Must be 18+ years old
