Job Description :
Pay Range: $13hr - $18hr
- The Service Center Representative acts as the primary liaison for callers, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues related to claims and servicing processes.
- This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting quality and performance standards.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year of customer service and claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and claims management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
- Comfortable being on camera when requested.
- Ability to multitask and meet performance competencies.
- Handling inbound customer calls in a call center environment (preferred).
- Assisting customers with claims process, documentation requirements, and claim status updates.
- Entering verbal and written information accurately into claims management systems.
- Supporting multiple clients across various communication channels.
- Escalating calls appropriately to specialists or management when needed.
- Act as primary liaison with callers and follow client specifications.
- Educate customers on required documentation, time frames, payment details, and claim status.
- Document call details accurately and professionally.
- Enter application information into the claims management system.
- Assign new claims to appropriate claims handlers.
- Direct or escalate calls to appropriate contacts as necessary.
- Maintain attendance during scheduled work hours.
- Support organizational quality programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Sedentary work requiring prolonged sitting.
- Frequent use of hands for typing and small movements.
- Occasional walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs occasionally up to 20 lbs.
- Vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- High School diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant customer service and claims experience.
