• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed and ensure follow-up for resolution
• Meet production, quality, and adherence standards while attending required training classes
• Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records

• Must be a US citizen and pass a background check due to Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to customer issues promptly and professionally

• Experience in customer service within a call-center environment
• Experience in customer service in a healthcare-related call-center environment
