Role Overview

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll act as the primary contact for customers, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal will be to deliver clear, timely responses and create a seamless, positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B2)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • Hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
