National Service Coordinator - Remote

• Coordinate roadside assistance through vendor partners and monitor live jobs
• Set up replacement rentals for clients needing alternative transportation
• Research delays for roadside service and communicate with vendor partners for status updates
• Relay repair approvals to facilities on behalf of clients and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist drivers with general vehicle service inquiries and concerns

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in the Boise,  or surrounding counties
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer and/or vendor support
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Proven success in problem resolution or negotiation
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
