[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $21.50 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO - As a Customer Support Coordinator at One Call, you will:
Provide customer support by phone, email or instant messaging to business customers;
Serve as primary contact for inbound customer issues;
Escalate more technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department;
Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues;
Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
