Position: Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (German)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Guide enterprise customers through best practices and establish long‑term relationships
  • Act as a customer champion, advocating for customer needs and priorities
  • Drive customer retention and adoption goals through proactive engagement
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology Customer Success role
  • Professional fluency in German and English for executive‑level discussions and communications
  • Proven success in driving net revenue retention and renewal strategies
  • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and engaging C‑level decision‑makers
  • Strong operational skills with experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, identity, or access management solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption at scale across large organizations
  • Consultative communication skills that translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Experience developing Enterprise Success Plans aligned to customer business outcomes
