Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. The primary goal of this role is to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure fair and effective resolution of claims and complaints, in alignment with consumer laws.

Responsibilities

+ Deliver customer service across sales, promotions, and installation processes.

+ Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively.

+ Maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.

+ Develop and implement organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers.

+ Create improvement plans based on customer survey feedback.

+ Support outside sales representatives' requests.

+ Answer inbound calls from the phone queue with a manageable volume.

+ Perform order entry and processing.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

+

Experience with order entry and processing orders in an ERP system.

+ Ability to manage an email inbox efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

+

Experience with SAP.

+ Skill in checking and validating pricing.

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

+ Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to handle stress well, multitask, and solve problems effectively.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position operating from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM CST. Applicants must reside in the CST time zone. Comprehensive training is provided over three weeks to ensure you are well-prepared for the role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wood Dale, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
