Customer Service Associate - Call Center

Compensation Information:

$11/hour plus bonus

Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming customer service calls.

* Promptly address and resolve customer complaints.

* Communicate with installers, sales representatives, and order entry to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED required.

* Minimum 1 year customer service experience.

* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* High speed internet is a must to accommodate working remote.
