• Provide knowledge and guidance to the public regarding title and registration questions via phone, online chat, or written communication
• Analyze and evaluate application documents for compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Ensure proper processing and modification of applications and issuance of titles
• Advise government agencies, dealers, and the public on requirements to apply for a Colorado Title
• Assist callers with website questions and technical support

• Two (2) years of relevant experience in Customer Service and/or Contact Center work
• Experience providing exceptional customer service in a contact center or online
• Proficient in data entry and utilizing software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats

• Experience in a regulatory customer service role
• Familiarity or experience with Google Suite
• Prior contact center experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work on a team
• Experience and comfortability working in a remote setting
