• Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards while attending required training classes
• Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records and other assigned duties

• Must be a US citizen and pass a background check due to Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role in a customer-facing capacity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions

• Experience in customer service within a call-center environment
• Experience in customer service within a healthcare-related call-center environment
