• Serve as the primary contact for external and internal customers, addressing product-related inquiries and order clarifications
• Manage web-based orders or registrations and assist with customer credits and returns
• Approve stock allocation in short supply and handle pricing adjustments and special quotations
• Oversee inventory management at customer facilities using electronic data interchange and forecasting systems
• Collaborate with management to resolve quality assurance complaints and ensure service levels are maximized

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Strong communication skills for interaction with customers and team members
• Proficiency in managing orders and inventory systems
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Customer service or healthcare experience
  • Familiarity with electronic data interchange (EDI) systems
