Position: Call Center Service Representative - Remote (9:00 am-5:30 pm) - IDAHO – March 25, 2026

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must reside within 90 miles of an
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for serving others
  • Experience in customer service, problem‑solving, and educating customers on products/services
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus; proficiency in navigating computer software and multiple systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a language assessment for additional pay
  • Previous experience in a call center or financial services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute positively to team culture and dynamics
  • Strong keyboarding skills and familiarity with various computer software systems
