• Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check due to Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to customers promptly and professionally

• Experience in customer service within a call center environment
• Experience in customer service in a healthcare-related call center environment
