TEKsystems is currently hiring for FULL-TIME Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Jacksonville, FL area to start this April!

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A 60-MILE RADIUS OF JACKSONVILLE, FL!

Member Service Representative

Job Description:

This role involves responding to member inquiries, providing accurate information on products and services, and performing account transactions across savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs. Responsibilities also include advising members on suitable products, fostering positive interactions, and managing a high daily call volume of 80-100+ calls.

Qualifications:

+  High School Diploma/ GED required

+  1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (must be customer-facing roles)

+  Knowledge of savings and checking products and services

+  Strong communication and active listening skills

+  Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities

+  Ability to work independently and collaboratively

+  Proficiency with computer applications and numerical accuracy

Work Schedule:

+  Training:  Mandatory 6-8 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:30PM EST (paid training).

+  Regular Schedule (Post-Training):  Full-time, 40 hours per week.

+ Options:
Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday (one weekend day required, with 1 rotating off day during the week).

+ Shift times:
Between 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST (8-hour shifts).

+  Availability Requirements:  Must have 6-day availability and a 9.5-hour window of flexibility. Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
